  • This is the first negative review I will leave about a company on yelp since I started back in 2012. Today, I had a special event that I required a hairstyle updo. I booked one of their stylists through the StyleSeat app, of which I have used several times with ease and satisfaction. As I pulled up to the salon, the stylist notified me via text and phone call that she was instead trick-or-treating and would not be able to take my appointment. So after driving over an hour In Halloween traffic to the Strip I'm left with damp hair, more traffic, and headed back to my house to try to pull something together last minute. I have a preferred stylist here in town that was fully booked and I wanted to give this place a shot. Update your application settings and appointments is my only suggestion to this place. I'm sure if you actually get in their services are great.
