rev:text	Oh my goodness I have to write a review about this particular Town and Country... I don't know why other reviews are so negative cause I find this place the cleanest out of all the weekly apts up and down Boulder Highway... Let's start with the manager... The reason why I decided to move here was because everyone was saying she was rude and unfriendly cause that means she doesn't take any shit or nonsense from unruly people renting 1 of the apts... In other apts there's drug dealers, hookers, drug addicts, gang riff raff just hanging out everywhere to where you don't even want to step foot outside your apt... In here you don't see or hear anything like that... There's not yelling or peeps fighting at 2am... You don't see or hear police coming here every minute or hear police helicopters hovering at anytime... The laundry room is very clean and I was very shocked it has working A/C so you're not burning up while doing laundry... The furniture in the apts are very nice compared to other apts and omg the bed is a king with a pillow top mattress... I haven't seen any roaches or bed bugs... I've only been here a week but I truly love it here and most importantly I feel safe... I don't understand all the negative comments unless they did something wrong to get evicted and their pissed off or they are the competition.... The best thing to do is come and see for yourself like I did cause I'm very happy I didn't go by what everyone else said... I will update when I've been here for awhile...
