One of my favorite Indian places in the Burgh! It's a hidden gem in Carnegie that's worth stopping by.
The restaurant itself can get busy during expected hours of service (lunch and dinner) so if you want it fast, order ahead and carry out. They do have a period of time that they are closed during the day, I believe from about 4:30-5:30pm, so that is something to be mindful of when planning a visit.
My favorite dish is the Malai Kofta with rice AND naan. You can't go wrong with their naan. It's so soft and buttery and everything I need. This dish is a nice balance of savory and sweet and is exceptionally filling. The Palak Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala are also exceptional plates as well. As a vegetarian, I enjoy the robust options to select from. As others have noted, if you don't enjoy super spicy foods, stick with a 3 or 4 level. I've never braved anything more than this just because I am a creature of habit and stick with what I know.
