Don't do business with these guys! I had my iPad 2 screen replaced and since then my iPad is shutting down randomly and won't turn back unless I plug it in, even this may take a while. First reaction from the front desk guy when I brought it back within the warranty period was that it's my iPad fault, battery or software, nothing to do with their poor work and I should expect to pay more to fix a problem that wasn't there initially. I got mad and start making a scene there so they finally took it back in. After a few weeks of probably doing nothing on it, they said it's not the battery or the software, the problem is just not reproduceable. I've been using my iPad with intermittent shut down since, it's been 2 years and I'm still pissed at their service.
