  • I wanted to thank the staff of Delta for being so responsive and courteous with my request. My flight on another airline ( I shall not mention) was cancelled and I was redirected to a Delta flight. The flight that the other airline booked for me was departing at 4pm. I called the delta customer service line and spoke to a team member. They put me on stand by for a sooner flight. Instead of leaving at 4pm, I'm leaving at 1230pm. Go Delta! This saved me 6 hours of being at the airport. I love this type of customer service. Keep it up!
