| - I want to start by saying that I LOVE the workouts and trainers. I love coming to class and after just 3 weeks, I'm feeling great! Now the part that really really irks me. I signed up on Aug 1st for 8 classes a month at $89, plus the $75 start up fee. I wanted to start with the 8 classes a month since I was told I could upgrade at any time, and I wanted to make sure I'd go more than 8 times a month before I committed to the unlimited plan for $150. Well, I flew through those 8 classes in 2 weeks, so I wanted to upgrade. I called and asked to upgrade over the phone, and I was told I was upgraded effectively immediately. The following day, I see a charge for $151, in addition to the $170 I was just charged 2 weeks prior. I called, thinking it was an error, and I was told that they don't prorate plans and since I paid for the 8 class membership and used them, I'm basically now starting a new contract and starting over by upgrading. So I'm 3 weeks in and I've already spent $320, with upcoming $150 monthly charges. I've never ever heard of a membership based company not prorating the amount when upgrading memberships. And I was never told that's how it would work. If I knew, I would've just signed up for the unlimited package on day 1. So frustrating!! Apparently there are HIIT classes offered at EOS, so I may be canceling very soon.
