  • Regret using this company. I used them before and although they were late the first time, the reps were professional and got the job done. This time...They were two hours late, broke and scratched several pieces of furniture and clearly did not want to work that day. One of the two of them complained about working. The attitude towards working showed in the way they handled my items. I submitted pics of the damage to the service department and have not heard anything back. This company currently has an F rating with the BBB.
