| - Not sure what's not to like about this Resturant. If you've heard of the French laundry this is a smaller bistro version of he Thomas Keller institution.
We usually come here for breakfast/ brunch it's more like brunch time but breakfast for me since I just woke up.
There is he signature dish of chicken and waffles. This is not your standard fried chickens and waffles, it's got a savory element to it and has nice flavors of herbs like rosemary and thyme.
On this last trip I got the American breakfast which seems to be a great deal, especially if you are going to get coffee and or juice with your meal. You get a coffee, juice, a pastry of you choice along with bacon, sausage, eggs and toast. I got scrambled eggs and they were nice and buttery. The one top thing to do is make sure to eat the bread they give you when you sit down. When it comes out fresh, that bread is really really good.
Here's a couple of pro tips, they have a vanilla bean butter so ask. Also if you park at the Venetian, don't go toward the casino at the elevators, there is a set of elevators farther down that say bouchon. It brings you right there.
Vegas meals are pricey already, this isn't too far out of line for a higher end breakfast.
