The clan and I walked in off the street in search of a dinner spot, we happened to be served by a lovely waitress by the name of Sarah. She sat us down and began to explain her story. As waitress/preschool teacher/pathologist her excitement radiates onto the eaters and allows them to feel the most welcome. During our stay at the slaughterhouse, we had a joyful match of duck duck goose, of course with cheerful preschool teacher Sarah. I am definitely not the only one who walked out thinking the experience was filled with benevolence. Great food.
