First off finding parking is a mission, but what do you expect for a downtown location.
The store itself is NOT wheel chair accessible. I had my 3 month old with me who's in a stroller so we had to leave that outside. Which was not a problem because the store is so tiny we would of taken over the whole space. It was also rather hot inside as well. This of course is part of the reason they lost a star.
The staff was amazing super friendly, and with it being our first time there, they weren't bothered by us or anyone wanting to try their variety of flavors.
They had many interesting flavor that not many big chain ice cream stores carry such as Nutella, banana nut, & white chocolate macadamia.
Their prices are too much for what you actually get and the ice cream melted fast. That could of been why it's called melt or the 106 degree weather we were experiencing that day.
