  • So took my trailer in to have a new coupler installed. It was done in one day and it didn't stop there. They checked my wires and fixed my electrical system. Adjusted and fixed my jack. Replaced the ball and reversed it's place on the draw bar at no extra charge so that the height was correct. Great service by Elvia! As a business owner myself I would highly recommend them as opposed to the place down the street that makes you feel like you're bothering them by walking in the door.
