I'm giving this 2 stars and not 1 because the Dr. was great. The receptionist was great and the nurse was great. I went in to get a refill on a prescription b/c my primary care Dr. had no appointments available. Quick in and out and left with the prescription. I drop it off at the pharmacy and they told me some information was missing and they'd have to call the Dr. to get the additional information. No big deal, mistakes happen. 3 days 5 phone calls/messages and the pharmacy has not heard back from the clinic.
So, I called the clinic to try to get the situation resolved. I explain the situation to the phone operator. I asked her if she could return the message from the pharmacy or give them a call. Her response, "we are too busy." I asked her what I should do to rectify the situation. She told me, "tell them to keep calling." She didn't bother to take my name or any of my information. She didn't offer to contact them later. Nothing! I didn't cause the problem. The pharmacy didn't cause the problem, it was the Dr. who did not write the prescription properly. Yet, the clinic has shown zero desire to correct their mistake.
I literally went to this clinic and received a piece of paper that is worthless. I guess now I'll have to waste more time and money to go to another clinic for the same issue.
