  • They do over 20 spay/neuters in one day between 8am-3pm. We took our first dog here months ago and when we picked her up she looked like she was drunk. She could barely walk and was stumbling all over the place. I feel like they do not care much about each individual dog and more about getting them all done. They make sure that you are at their location right at the time listed but take over 30 minutes to get started. We had an appointment with our second dog which was written wrong on the dogs contract and they did not feel the urge to call us and inform us it was the wrong day. I got up at 6:30, drove an hour each way to have them tell us we needed to reschedule our appointment for a later date. Not very professional from my experience.
