  • I'm writing this as I wait at the ups centre for my package which I've arranged to pick up. It's been 40mins so far. It's taking over 40mins to pick up a package. There are other customers waiting around me, they've been here for over 2hrs to get their stuff. By contrast, it takes me 5mins to pay customs and pick up my packages at fedex. Never using UPS ever again. Update: it took almost an HOUR to pick up my package. The credit card machine ran out of paper and the cashier put in a new roll of paper in the wrong way, adding an extra holdup to the whole ordeal.
