  • My cat has gotten scraped up twice in the last month and both times I was extremely impressed by the excellent care she received at VCA. On both occasions they were able to see her within hours of my initial call, and the calm and attentive nature of all the employees really put my mind at ease. I was especially impressed by Dr. Hadley, who was so thorough and compassionate and did a wonderful job of explaining everything she was doing and why. I also received a handwritten "get well soon" card which was a very thoughtful and heartfelt touch - it is easy to see how much the staff truly cares. Unexpected vet visits can be scary and stressful but I am so thankful to VCA for diffusing each situation and taking such good care of my furry family members. Money VERY well spent!
