  • I just remodeled my pool and got the full service as a recommendation from my neighbor. My pool is brand new and suddenly I was told by my neighbor that my vacuum was making a huge noise at night. I wrote an email, and the manager Shaun came out and correctly diagnosed the issue immediately, and before I made the final payment to the contractor. Fairly impressive, and likely saved me money. They don't get the final star due to missing a schedule day a couple weeks ago, but they did refund me for the week when I complained. In short, sticking with poolman:) and thx again to Shaun
