  • I had an exemplary customer service experience with Enterprise on Sept. 30 and want this compliment to be passed on. I had a one way rental from Tempe, Az to Flagstaff, Az and Nathan in Tempe and Trevor in Flagstaff demonstrated amazing professionalism, commitment to my needs and a knowledge of both the rates and requirements at Enterprise to maximize my utility at the lowest possible cost. Nathan took considerable time to adjust my reservation and to obtain the lowest possible rate. More importantly, he reviewed the vehicle and provided me with a very positive view of the company. Once in Flagstaff, Trevor completed the reservation and provided me with shuttle service to my vehicle. All in all, this was an example of two professionals providing the highest level of service in a personable manner.
