  • What a shit show of customer service at this store!!! COMPLETELY APPALLED by the non existent service I received in the shoe department! There were 5 different shoe sales associates literally standing there like statues and on their phones. After I had been walking around for about 10 minutes looking at the selection, and actually 100000% interested in purchasing a few Loubs and Gucci's I had been eyeing for a while, none of them could take the time to ask if I needed any help. I 1000000% know for sure that they discriminate at this store based on how you are dressed. After one experience I had at this store, I decided not to dress high-end because they try to get you to buy so many things you don't want when they see you carry a 15,000$ Hermes bag and are wearing 1000$ Chanel shoes. I appreciate how they weren't pushy and breathing down my neck, but at least greet customers and ask if they need any help!
