  • True what all the previous reviewers say. They manage our HOA in Summerlin and they're AWFUL. Their "business" hours are ridiculous (I called Friday at 4:30PM and evidently it was "after their business hours"), and even if you DO manage to reach a live person, the rep that manages our HOA is NEVER THERE. Maybe that's why her assistant is so bloody difficult to reach, because her boss is never working? I've been trying to get a remote for the HOA gate, and after reaching the rep ONCE, I've now been trying for over a week to reach her again to get the damn remote programmed for said gate. Truly bloody awful/terrible/crappy "management" company. The only thing they manage to do in a timely manner is to bill you/take your HOA dues.
