Oh this is just hilarious. After cancelling my appt and telling Ana the manger that I will be going somewhere else, all of a sudden she suddenly seemed concerned about why I will not be coming back. Well theres a couple reasons. After verifying my benefits again with my insurance, yes I would have copayments charged to me, but the price I was quoted seemed "off". When I made the appt, all I stated was that I just wanted a cleaning, which my insurance pays 100 percent. Instead, I was told that other procedures would be done, that I did not want at the moment. Don't just go ahead and do other procedures when the patient specifically asks for another procedure.
Your customer service needs improvement. You need to treat patients like you care, (which I doubt most of you do). I was happy when I first visited your office, now I'm appalled at the way you treat your patients as if they are beneath your staff. That shows that you care only about getting paid, than actually making your patients comfortable.
