I was hoping that Tesoro's would be wonderful, but was disappointed by the experience.
The woman who was 'greeting' people when they walked inside had the personality of a grumpy shoe. She also served as a waitress.
It was very warm inside so I was glad my food was to go.
The tortellini was quite tasty, however I am not a big fan of large chunks of ground black pepper, of which there was an awful lot. We also tried the eggplant parmigiana which was only so-so, because there wasn't much to the dish other than a few slices of breaded eggplant with a bit of marinara and melted cheese. It certainly wasn't worth the price.
