  • To start, solely for the great service, I LOVE the Leroy fox on South blvd but after two visits to this location, I feel I can leave this review. The food, for the cotswold area, is just nothing to write home about and a few dollars over priced on every menu item. 13-17 for a sandwich or burger....this is Charlotte and you can get a way better brunch or lunch for that price. The Friday/Saturday drink is $9 cocktails... wait, what!? Again, this is Charlotte and a HIGH end cocktail is typically $10. That's not a special I'm interested in. The customer service is half and half- some of the people here are clearly trying, but the younger staff members just don't get it. There was a young hostess today and acted super busy and rushed (during a no wait time) and did not even bother to say hello or kindly say she would be right with us while helping others. We were just standing at the empt hostess stand. To me, thats just a super simple customer service tactic. We shouldn't stand around for 5 minutes with no greeting while she is walking right past. I have rated every place in Charlotte I can find with great customer service an easy 5 stars. Busy or not, it's just not difficult to put on a smile and kind voice. She is very young so room for growth on that. Our waiter was a very very polite young man and was trying hard so that's where the three stars comes in. Between every table having 5+ babies and high seats at pretty much every table and no room between them and your own personal space, this restaurant location is just truly not my favorite.
