  • I hired a nanny a few years ago from A Caring Nanny and she was amazing. However, the agency just got lucky. Most of the candidates they sent me were atrocious. They didn't care if we were happy. They never called to check to see how we were doing. Jenny is completely useless. She has banker's hours and I wouldn't use her again. She is in it just for the hefty fees.
