  • I inquired about pool service/cleaning and the gentleman that answered the phone seemed annoyed that I was calling. He responded with the following comment: "We are just too busy right now to take on anymore weekly clients." I understand that companies that are successful tend to be busy, but it would have been nice had the individual attempted to point me in the right direction or at least discussed the fees in case they did have opening at a later date. Customer service should always be stellar.
