  • This was our first experience at an escape room. We had a reservation for the Unknown room and we arrived quite early. We were kindly offered the Pompeii room instead since it was available. We were nervous because it was rated as more difficult than the Unknown room, but decided to be brave and give it a try. We were a family group of 8 people ranging from 8 years old to well...older. Scott was so patient with us, explaining how everything works and what we could expect. We had so much FUN!!! In fact, we had such a great time that we decided to come back later the same day and do the Unknown room. We had even more fun in the second room! Thanks to Scott and his team for making our time at ESCAPEability so enjoyable and giving us such a great family experience!
