This used to be my go to place in Vegas pre-husband and children era. I happen to have one of the menus from 2000 that is all velvet, black and pink. I went in for my birthday last week, and it was more eloquent than I had remembered. My son fixes up Lowrider bikes, so the ones they have inside were right up his alley.
Our service was good, and the ambiance was casual and fun.
I had the wet chicken burrito and added a side of the mole sauce. Fantastic!!!
The dessert I had for my bday celebration was the fried ice cream. They make a fantastic fried ice cream.
Pink Taco is family friendly during the day, and adult friendly at night. I look forward to cooler weather in Vegas, so we can sit outside near the pool, like old times.
