| - I seldom post negative reviews on Yelp. I love supporting local companies and businesses; however, I am so very disheartened from the customer service I received today. First of all, I understand that legally, ANY car washes are not responsible for any car damages during the wash. (My front left car rim was severely cracked at the end.) I am in NO WAY placing any blame on the cracked car rim. Though it sucked, what sucked even more was the attitude and, excuse the adjective, bitchiness, from the worker. She looked like she was in high school. Very young. Her name is Byonce. I was told to pull over to the side of the parking structure and wait for a worker. She was unfortunately my "worker". She slowly approached the vehicle and did not say anything. She just had a very annoyed look on her face and did a rude "what" hand gesture. We showed her the rim and the first thing she said was "Well there's a sign that says it's not our fault, so there's really nothing we can do about that sorry." Then we just asked what she thought might've happened and she said that there was no way for the wash to cause it to crack and proceeded to say it was not their fault and they could not do anything at all. Then, she walked away. Another worker, Mateo, came to help us and guided us into the office to fill out a form. He was truly cooperative and a responsible young man. Inside the office, she gave BOTH me and the other worker more attitude and even told him "Have you ever even been in a car before? Because when I get car washes my car shakes a little, but there is no way it can crack a rim." Like I said, I DO NOT CARE FOR THE RIM. Come on, lose the tude! If I give full respect, I should receive respect and courtesy- especially as a loyal customer!
