  • Brought in flat front casual pants to get dry-cleaned. Explicitly ask at counter to note not to crease the fronts. Pick up the next day - they're creased. Complain to guy at counter; he lets out big, exasperated sigh. Tells me to come back tomorrow. I ask if they could please get a press in today, as I was supposed to have them done today; request denied. I ask for a refund. Refused. Seriously? I walk out to find a new dry cleaner.
