  • My 18 year old brother called for a contest that LIVE was having. Once my brother call went through and that lady "Natasha Castles" was extremely rude to him when she announced that he won. My brother got upset so I took over for him and she was extremely rude to me as well. She was mad that we weren't excited enough for her and it was "ridiculous"' of a call. And she said she wished we didn't ended up being the caller. I don't understand why she has to treat people like that. No sure if she has done this to other listeners but I'm for sure rating her a pretty horrible job. Stopped listening to this station ever since.
