rev:text	After reading my review, they contacted me to apologize for the trim issue. They said the trim didn't come in white and that should have been communicated better. They wanted to come out and paint the trim white. Like I said before, it wasn't a huge deal, but I was very impressed by how serious they took this. They are very concerned with 100% customer satisfaction and I couldn't be happier with my new windows and the attentiveness of K and J staff.
