This place, under most circumstances, would get five stars. The only downside is the long wait. During our most recent visit my wife and I spent 40 minutes in line. The food and service are amazing and well worth the wait! BUT, if you can get there right when the restaurant opens or go during the week you can avoid the lines.
I always get the Bondiola... roasted pork sandwich with a mustard sauce and caramelized onions. AMAZING! The bread is incredible...
My wife got the El Gaucho Salad with chicken added. She also gets QuiQui Rimichi sauce on the side. DELICIOUS!
