  • Dr Brown has rescheduled both appointments I have made with her. The first time she rescheduled bc she was in surgery, which I understand happens. Only I found out I was rescheduled when I called the office to confirm the time. Unfortunately she did not even see me during the rescheduled apt - she had a resident see me not even associated with her office. After receiving my MRI results her office called to schedule a follow up apt. The day of the apt they called me to reschedule me again. The reason for this reschedule was they wanted me to meet with the surgeon, although the appointment was made with full mri and radiology report. I've decided to find another orthopedic doctor / surgeon. It's been 8 weeks since I was injured and I am disappointed with how little they have valued my time or considered the pain I am in. If I could give them zero stars I would.
