  • I have used their service shop multiple times for Jetski repair/maintenance/storage. This is a family run operation and they also sell atv's, scooters as well as jetski's. The woman who runs the service department (Joey) is very accommodating and the one time I did have a question about a bill for a repair (that was still under warranty) they made it right and removed the charge right away. The only downside on the Jetski repair is that they only service Sea-Doo watercraft. Not a huge problem because I'm guessing that about 90% of the PWC's on Lake norman fall into that category but if you happen to have a Honda or any other brand don't even bother picking up the phone.
