  • Great car buying experience! Greeted at the door with warm smiles, no feelings of shark bait. Luis showed us around the lot and just let us browse. We never felt pressured and checked out a lot of nice cars. They took less on our trade-in than expected, but for no DMV trips, a hassle free purchase, and no stress incringing on our new car excitement, the money was worth it. You pay for the experience at CarMax, and ours was a good one.
