  • I do appreciate the care I received while going through a major surgery. BUT I am EXTREMELY ANGRY that I have been paying them for an entire year and made my LAST payment to them three days ago and even clarified I was good to go and I get this letter in the mail stating I owe them the full amount. I need to know what is going on because if they even think I'm getting a hit on my credit I will be taking legal action as I have the proof that I have paid off my debts. Such bull.
