  • For my daughter's birthday, I placed the order of 35 cake pops in person at Gilbert location on Dec10, told the staff I would pick them up On Dec 18 around 11am. She asked me to pay in full in advance so I did. On Dec 18 around 12pm, I visited the store and saw the sign 'the store closed'! No one contacted me beforehand at all. I called the Tempe location and was told they would make my order ASAP and deliver them to my house in one hour or so. After a couple of phone call exchanges, they finally delivered them around 5pm, which was way late than they promised. What worse was the quality of the cake pops; at least 6 of them had huge cracks which made them impossible to hold with sticks. And the decoration was far inferior to the ones I saw at the store. None of them looked professionally made at all, even though I paid extra for the custom order. For the amount I paid (almost $100), I expected much much much more. The whole experience with this store was TOTALLY NIGHTMARE. I wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. Just Stay Away!
