  • All I wanted was a balayage for the summer so I wanted to lighten up my hair. But before I told the stylist I don't want too blonde bc it doesn't look good on me since I have dark hair. So karmah did my hair and for the first 40 minutes we were discussing what I wanted. After she finished my whole head was covered in copper blonde almost like tiger stripes. It did not look like a balayage at all and before hand we agreed on a picture and color and she did not deliver. So I went home and called back bc I wanted to tone it down. So when she saw that I wanted to come back she called me up and was arguing with me on the phone for a half hour. So un professional and so much attitude was given to me. Not my fault u didn't do what I wanted in the first place. After that she blocked me on Instagram but I didn't care bc I will never go back to that salon
