I work downtown and Jim's is a great place to grab a lunch when you want to take an extra 15 minutes or so. It isn't fast at lunch time. But somedays that is okay. Also, order everything as soon as the waitress greets you, otherwise you will probably get sloppy/slow service. But they are very nice about it.
I like their gyro meat and all of their housemade salad dressings are great. Their fries are also tasty.
I love the 3.99 breakfast special. (Eggs, hashbrowns, bacon/sausage, bread/pita) They open at 7am and you can eat it at the counter.
It isn't the best food in the world. It isn't the best service in the world. But it ain't that bad either.
tip: Just call in your order and bring it back to the office if you don't have a lot of time and need a pita sandwich fix.
