  • Wasted potential. Pkwy sports bar is a cool atmosphere. My favorite part is the outside patio with the lights, grass and picnic tables. We reserved two tables for our large party. The tables were in the perfect spot because we had multiple views of the Knight's game on multiple screens. I am not really a hockey fan but the excitement was palpable with the huge crowd. Now your probably wondering why 2 stars and it is because of the service. Our waitress was horrible. My party was there at 7pm and did not receive drinks until 730 not even water. When our food came there were no utensils, napkins, or condiments. My friend had to go and get our items herself. Another person ordered a Pepsi around 7:10 and no joke did not receive it until 7:50. When the waitress finally would come around everyone treated her like a unicorn and was trying to get her attention. If they were short staff the guys handing out the food should have helped out. When we asked for water they were like ask your waitress. Everyone at the table was upset with the service but still had a good time around the game. This place has a lot of potential to be awesome but need to work on customer service and execution of large events.
