  • I got married in October 2014 and was organising my LA wedding from another country. So I relied on contact via email and research online. When I contacted Kustom Films for a quote, Cory was so helpful and quick to respond. This made me feel at ease that I was making the best selection for my wedding. HOWEVER, the minute he received my signed contract and deposit, it was almost impossible to get hold of him again! He barely responded to any of my emails and even when I phoned him, his number was ALWAYS diverted to voicemail. Also, the contract he makes you sign clearly states that Kustom Films must deliver the DVD within 90 days and this did not happen! Firstly, he lied to me after 1 month saying that he had sent out the DVD already but never provided me with a tracking number and nor did it arrive! Finally, after 90+ days the 1hr DVD and the raw footage DVD arrived. I was absolutely gutted when I watched the DVD for the first time. It was nothing like any of the samples on his website. It was like our wedding was captured by an amateur, someone who only just picked up a video camera for the first time! The videographer completely missed capturing the introductions for the bridal party's entrance (including the bride & groom) because his camera was switched off at this time! In the 1hr edit, we had a lovely song playing while we cut the cake and there was absolutely no sound on the DVD at all. My family back home organised video messages for me as they couldn't be with us on the day. He didn't feel it was important enough to capture these moments on video for us! And to top it off, the videographer left earlier than expected (and had paid for!) after assuring me that he had captured enough footage for us. Please note, I am not a disgruntled bride. All my other vendors were amazing and received top reviews from me. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price tag. Save your sanity and your memories of your important day and choose another vendor. Final point, I think this company has been bought out by Capturemywedding.com.
