  • Meh. Pretty locations. Cartel used to be a haven for coffee, now it's pretty sub par compared to most shops in the valley. Old equipment + uninspired menu. Cold brew seems to have taken a nosedive from its former glory when baristas made it. Kegged, metallic, lifeless, with a price increase. Advice; buy whole bean, brew at home.
