  • I needed a simple diamond plate lid fabricated. I called ahead and the office gal told me to come by anytime. I brought in the lid I needed a replacement for so they would have the exact dimensions. When I arrived the gal in the office advised me I would need to wait for "TEX". I waited patiently for 15-20 minutes. The gal came outside and advised me to take the lid out back to Tex and pointed toward the work area. Keep in mind I have no idea which one of the 4 employees are Tex. After asking several workers I was directed to a man painting some fencing. I said "excuse me sir" to which I got no reply. I again stated "excuse me sir" to which Tex replied "can't you see I am busy?" I immediately left. I will never give a business my hard earned money if they won't even give me the time of day. Steer clear of this place. Wish I could give negative stars.
