Closer to 3.5 stars.
I flew in from Oahu at midnight, got to Dollar Rental Car with no line but somehow that still took an hour, and then took a short drive to the hotel. I had higher expectations for Radisson but initial impressions made the hotel feel like a mid-grade establishment.
The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We got checked in immediately and decided to drive around at freakin 3am. It was funny as the hotel employee told us where the nearest 24 hour Walgreens was and didn't come straight out and say, it's in the freakin ghetto! Haha... all good though as his demeanor was enough and you can't exactly expect that kind of blunt answer.
We stayed here for ONE reason... the sleep number bed. We were not disappointed, we both got to sleep with our preferred sleep number settings and all was right in the world. We were concerned, however, upon peeling the sheets off the bed.... the pillow covers looked nice and crisp but the sheets looked slept in. I took pictures and will attach here later. At this point the sun light was peeking out and we were done. We sprayed the bed with some lysol or something similar and we were out. This is something that we may have discussed with the hotel but whatever we were only going to be here for 8 total hours before heading out.
Overall the place feels like it needs a minor refresh... just little things like tile coming loose in the hallway, older bath tubs, etc.
Wi-Fi works good, day time staff was excellent, and I will stay again.
