| - Came here with a group of 6 on a Sunday afternoon. Our ride was scheduled for 3pm, and we arrived 30-40 minutes early. They recommended that we show up early so we can sign the waivers. We get there and there's a sign out front saying that they're out on a ride and that they'll be back at 3:15. There were maybe 20 people total for the entire group, so it took a while for every one to get on their horse. The person who was teaching me how to control my horse was pretty rude. He was talking fast and not enunciating. It was my first time riding a horse, so I had a few questions.. But I couldn't understand anything he was saying.
Took maybe 20 or 30 minutes for the entire group to group to get on a horse, and we finally headed out to the trail. It was kind of cool for 15 minutes, but it gets boring really fast. We signed up for a two hour ride (big mistake), and you're basically looking at the same stuff for two hours. You look in front of you and it's dirt, rocks, cacti, and bushes. You look to the left you same thing. To the right? Same thing.
Also the horses act up when you're stopped. They told us in the beginning to make sure they don't eat anything. When we're at a standstill, the horses eat the flowers, and it's pretty much impossible to make them stop.
