  • Wasted my time waiting for their estimator to show up losing half a days pay to accommodate their schedule of what I was told would be between 12:00 - 3:00. After waiting until 2:30 I called their office to make sure I was still on the schedule but was told they didn't have me on the list and the person who made the schedule wouldn't return for a week. Apparently I didn't fit neatly into their schedule. Incompetency and lack of regard for the customer doesn't warrant business!
