Interesting concept, and nice execution with the site but they need to work on staff and clean standards. We visited on a Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. They appeared to be overwhelmed by the number of people. There were about 8 people working and no one cleaning up. The countertops and tables were a mess, there were workers with their gloves on touching their hair and then making the ice cream. And they were very slow.
As for the ice cream, it was really good, I was very surprised as to the creaminess of it and how hard it froze. If they could get their act together i would definitely give it another shot.
