I visited the store today and found a cute Puggle. We were told to make an offer. We explained we wanted to eat lunch and discuss it. During lunch we decided what offer to present and we called the store. We were told that they would have to call the owner to get the offer cleared and that we would have to go to the store before they would contact them. Upon arrival we ran into two very unfriendly staff members Haley and Amy. They refused to call the owner and then came up with the same price they had shown as retail. After being mistreated by the kids behind the counter I left in frustration. I called back to ask for the owners name thinking surely the owner wasn't aware that their staff members were treating customers in this manner. The one friendly staff person that was trying to help had the phone taken away by Haley so she could tell me that they weren't giving me the name and she hung up on me. Nice job you two!! I hope this finds its way to the management team and that I can also inform unsuspecting customers.
