| - 1. Windows/Sun Roof Opened - I went to get something out of my wives car and allthe windows were down and the sunroof. It seems that happened for one - three days.
2. Robbed - Because the car was not secure the car was robbed. We only keep silver in ourcars, no pennies, so I emptied my change tray to estimate the money, $28. I told theservice manage the exact count we came to, she sent a check for $15. It was in badtaste and poor business practice, someone robbed my car and you send me money lesswhat was stolen. Also no follow up or explanation of how handled, so now you have a thiefeither working for you or coming onto your premises and I have no idea if that has been fixed.
3. Broken - The car was never test driven, so they broke the vacuum hose and the car was running without boost. I had to take my car to a Nissan dealer to get it fixed, because they showed they were not trustworthy to fix the car.
4. Warranty - I bought an alternator that was about $500 and they had no idea that there was a lifetime warranty and never provided me with that information. I found that out on my own and did all the leg work.
I contaced management and they were not sympathetic or helpful. They wanted me to bring the car back down and said "we will personally over see it." I guess my original $700 was not worth watching or being made important. I spent about 3 days getting the car service and running around getting it finally fixed. They also have ignored my emails and are not responding, so they have simply removed themselves from making it right and do not care about fixing the things they broke.
Overall the customer service was abysmal. No respect, no care, and no perfection, it was pathetic.
They never test drove the car, they broke my car, and they did not care. I would never do business there again.
