  • How this establishment has 2 and half stars is beyond me. I came in for a golf tournament and popped 2 tires. I was freaking out and Jeep wouldn't even help me in this emergency. MY OWN CAR COMPANY!!! Sarah Wyatt waited for me to get my car towed to the shop (AFTER CLOSE) so I could have my car just in time for the second leg of my tournament. And on top of it all Dennis Stinsman drove to downtown Phoenix to pick up the proper size tires. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELP FOR SOMEONE IN A DESPERATE SITUATION!!!! Thank you pep boys!!!
