I called them because my A/C was dripping. The technician was friendly enough -- I suspect they probably work on commission. I paid the $89 fee but was told I need a brand new furnace because my drip pan was cracked. Told by Norris Air that the replacement drip pans for my brand of furnace are not made anymore, and I would need a brand new furnace. I had a feeling I was being ripped off because my unit is only 8 years old, and I only run it for 3 months during the summer. Subsequently, I called another company, and a repair was made, which had nothing to do with my drip pan. So if you are having A/C issues, I would definitely get second and third opinions before using this company and spending the $89 service call fee.
